Your Files Stay on Your Device

The core privacy guarantee of CoolFileTools is technical, not just a policy: all file processing happens in your browser using JavaScript and browser APIs. Your files are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party server. We cannot see your files, store your files, or access your files in any way — because they never reach us.

Information We Collect

Analytics (Google Analytics 4): We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which tools are most popular, how long people spend on pages, and general geographic regions. This data is anonymous and aggregated. It does not include your name, email, or file contents. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
